Rosco’s BBQ was founded by Ross Scott, a Georgia native, military veteran, and lifelong barbecue enthusiast. For Ross, barbecue has always been about more than great taste—it’s about family, connection, and the love that goes into every dish. Growing up in Georgia, Ross learned the art of Southern barbecue at family cookouts and community gatherings, where smoky flavors and heartfelt laughter filled the air. His years of military service further shaped his appreciation for camaraderie and service, instilling in him a desire to bring people together through food. Combining his love for barbecue and his dedication to serving others, Ross created Rosco’s BBQ—a place where every meal is a celebration of flavor and connection.
